Research Design- Research design can be explained as process or framework that can be used by the researcher to execute the research process and execute various process in the research. This complete framework can be used by the researcher to stay on the research topic while collecting and analysing information. This process can provide specific steps that can be followed throughout the research process. Two research designs are commonly used in the research which are- Exploratory and conclusive research approach. Both approaches are common in the research process. For this research, exploratory research approach has been used in this research. This approach is effective to broadly analyse the research topic.

Research Philosophy- Research philosophy can be explained as thought process that is used by the researcher to conduct the research process. This can be considered as perception of researcher that is considered at the time of research process. In research work, a different type of philosophies is used by the researcher. Realism, positivism and interpretivism. These philosophies are most common in the research process. In this research process, interpretivism research approach has been used to keep the research based on the real observations and most recent data. This is how research can be kept effective for the target audience.

Research Approach- Research approaches are explained as assumptions and considerations that are considered at the time of research. This is most important for the researcher to consider some assumptions to give proper direction to the research work. The most common research approaches that are used in the research process are Inductive and deductive research. Both approaches are effective for the research process (Ørngreen and Levinsen, 2017). Inductive research is used by the researcher to use collected data to develop new theories and concepts. These theories and concepts are based on the results that are generated in the research process. On basis of research result, new theories and concepts can be developed. Later these theories and concepts can be used by other organizations and researchers to get solution for the problem that is related to the research process. For this research topic both primary and secondary approaches of data collection ash been used. In primary research process source of information are directly contacted for the data collection and in secondary data collection process, secondary data collection sources like books, journals, articles, blogs and newsletters are used for the research process. Use of both data collection process will improve the effectiveness of the data that is collected in the research process.

Sampling- Sampling can be explained as process that is used to select primary information sources in the research process. In this research non-probable sampling process has been used to select people for the research process. Specifically in this research process, simple random sampling has been used to select 10 line managers of Aston Martin Lagonda.

Data Analysis- Data analysis process is explained as process of analysing and assessing information and data that is collected in the data collection process. The selection of the data analysis tool or system is dependent on the type of data that is collected in the data collection process (Dodds and Hess, 2020). In this research process, qualitative data has been used. For analysis of collected data thematic data analysis process is used in research process. In these approaches, various themes are created in order to analyse the collected data on wide perspective.

Ethical Considerations- It is important for the researcher to consider some ethical standards in the research process to keep it relevant. In this research, some ethical considerations have been used to make it effective for readers and business organization. Main considerations that are used in the research process are-

People who are involved in the research process are provided with consent form to make them aware of process and approaches that will be used in research process.

People who are involved in the research process are not subjected to harm in research process.

All legal considerations have been considered in the research process.
