Teaching practice portfolio

Teaching practice is the practice when a student teacher spends his or her training period in a school for practicing the teaching. The purpose of teaching training is to provide the would-be teacher with a proper environment to work in. This training provides the expressions of the would-be teacher from actual experience. So teaching training requires many teaching strategies so that, which helps the new teacher to learn how to maintain the class from this training. So new models are implanted over here such as the effective active model these models include direct instruction. It also provides experimental learning that helps the would-be teacher to collaborate the project with the students so that the students get the chance to work towards the common goal.

  1. The teachers also get effective hands-on learning activities that will provide a new opportunity to the new teacher so that they can create new things on their own. Another model is used over here is the Gibbs reflective model is the model that help to understand the cycle that help to guide the question and help bto understand about the organizational impact of education This model states that teaching and learning are integrally related acts (Ed.ac.uk , 2022). This model mainly includes. The new variable learning process, it's also acquiring new understanding, skill values and also includes behavior training that will help the teacher to teach and make the student understand the pReferences. Another model used is the value-added model. This model helps the teacher to evaluate the student assignment on their own ability.

These also help the teacher to understand the student capacity and the rank of the student. The student perforation is directly related to the teacher if the student scores well in the exam. the rank of the teacher will increase and vice versa. There are some principles of reflective practice that include this training so that teachers can implant this in their classes. Such as to create an active and good learning environment. Providing timely feedback helps the student to organize their knowledge, Focus attention, and more such principles. These principles are an effective way to build the teacher as well as students more effectively in their work. According to this project, the effective active model is really meeting up with the creation that is linked up with the principle of creating an active and good learning environment.

  1. The learning journal that is connected with this project includes the skill that is related to the teacher training that mainly discusses about the approaches that have been increasingly adopted with social care in an educational institution. These state about the professional skill of teaching that helps the teacher to make the new generation more effective. Here it will discuss about the wider skill related to the learning process. That helps to connect the personal learning skill with thinking learning skills. The wider skill includes the development of imagination, curiosity, self-awareness. These help to develop the motivation in students such as for motivating the student it is required to encourage them, give a proper environment of reading so that they can actively take part in it, focus on the children's interest is very necessary. And introducing different learning skills is the skill that makes the student more motivated and active in learning.

iii. Some wider professional skill is the skill that includes high-quality programs created among children and help the teacher to execute a chapter with more interest. These develop empowerment, which also develops self-confidence among the children this helps in learning the innovation process. These are the purposes that help the pupil to develop their educational foster.

The importance of professional skill is motivating learner improvement. It states that this skill helps to work in the professional and wider environment. The ultimate progress in the future in the educational field and this requires a broad mindset of thinking that helps the student to get motivated in curiosity and capacity. It also increases the real-life skill that helps the teacher as well as a learner to face a different situation. These provide the learner with basic relevant education that helps the learner to understand the order of process that succeeds in educational training and empowerment.

This improvement in learner professional skills helps the learner to meet up with education and functional activity so that it helps the people to get knowledge and understanding. It improves the reading skill that improves the educational reading writing and speaking and listening knowledge (Picciano et al.2021). It also helps the educators and teachers with communicational skills that help the education system be simpler. And develop teacher training work-life in general.

Role of organization it states that this organization helps the teacher and the student. the primary purpose of these is to provide and develop the capability of the individual through instruction its means the organization helps the school, as well as the educational institution to operate the three types of education such as formal education informal education, and Nonformal education the main role of education in an organization is that to provide the direction to the educational process. The most important policies an organization should have are that policies help the school for the quality of learning and teaching policies is the key to success. It provides many important privileges without these schools lacking the structure and function necessary. Policies help the school to work smoothly therefore the policies play a very important role

A quality circle has defined a circle that controls the quality that includes the group of workers that work similarly to meet regular identity. There are some advantages of a quality circle such as management awareness that include employee job-related concerns. That also helps in personal development and growth and improvement in motivation providing opportunities to the students as well as their teacher. It also helps in making decisions. Quality circle is important because it helps the employee to solve the problem and can relate their own jobs. Circles are formed when employees work together that discuss the quality and meet the intervals and discussion. In this way, the quality circle helps us.

The role of the schools on these qualities policies as well as procedures First, the material needs to be studied that will probably suit the needs of the learning. Second, the regroup formation in the classes needs to be formed to form discussions so that workshops can be done without any hassle(West et al.2020). This requires a broad mindset of thinking that helps the student to get motivated in curiosity and capacity. It also increases the real-life skill that helps the teacher as well as a learner to face a different situation. So, the role is to develop a serious capability to operate the education. The policies that are provided in an organization should have the specific inherent learning as Well as policies of teaching. These roles within these quality policies and procedures play a very vital role in the Process of Education. This also helps in the development of training procedures and also provides various activities that are to be provided functionally. This helps in the improvement of learning in Professional skills to mitigate the objective. Apart from that, this training provides the expressions of the would-be teacher from attaining the position of an actual teacher. This also provides further Knowledge for maintaining the insights for maintaining further discussions in the Class. There are various objectives as well as various assessments keeping in mind the activities that are to be done for instructional purposes. This will be the role that needs to be carried out within the quality policies and the procedures.

Quality improvement and quality assurance in organisation

PDCA cycle or the quality cycle is a very important model which is based on the four steps to ensure the structured approach to improve the quality. Four steps are plan, do, check, and act. PDCA cycle is used for the purpose of quality and inactivity that is used to help the most of the possible results which are achieved. Plan: Recognize to an opportunity or plan to change, Do: Test the respective change and carry out some small scale of the study, Check: review all the test and analyze the outcomes, identify the learnings, Act: This is the portion to take action about the learned study (Renshaw et al. 2019). It may seem that the change may not work out then one needs to go again in the cycle but with a different plan. This way different plans should be tested and if succeeded incorporated with the learnings from the test and then beginning with a new cycle again.

Purpose of the quality cycle is to start a new improved project, develop an improved or a new design process, service, or product, it is also used to define any repetitive work procedure, planning of any data analysis or collection to verify and sequence problems and root causes, execute any change, also working toward the constant improvement (Hayes et al. 2018). PDCA model helps to structure the strategic planning for overall, it helps to design and also delivery, staff goal evaluate and setting, support the student services, and classroom instruction are the different fields which structured the cycle. It improves communication, manages the awareness of job-related concerns between employees, helps in personal development and growth, enhances the skills of decision making, increases the power of individuals, motivates the employees and others, and creates opportunities for individual improvements. Quality circle manages that techniques enlist to help the employees to solve the problems related to their jobs (Sablan, 2019). Cycle is formed by employees working knowledge operations to meet at gaps to discuss the problems related to quality, and solve the solution for improvements. Quality cycle also helps to improve the team spirit among the employees and improve the leadership ability.

Improvement of wider professional practice

1.Professional development activities that I have undertaken are the profession of architecture. Term architect describes the design, art, and engineering to give a shape to the world. Studying architecture has been going on from very ancient times which helps to give design and model to the houses and buildings. In the training assessment, the training system was an umbrella term. Training was based on the first few month's basics of the fundamentals of architecture to medium then the next few months advanced. Training focused on the tracking experience including the area models those are; 1) runtime API, 2) New model of data, 3) data model syntax or format, and 4) new transportation or communication model. The basics of architecture were the study of the important building of history (Ryan et al. 2020). In the time of the intermediate, the study was about understanding the principles of mechanical engineering that related to the architectural design by the mechanics of structure that is deformable which is offered by one of the big universities.

There are many jobs offered by using this kind of course including strong knowledge in communication, analytical, and skills of technical. This study of the architect can lead to a civil engineer, a manager of the constructor, graphic designer, landscape architect, drafter, and planner of regional. Some of the assessment methods that teched in the training of the architect field are 1. Architectural Analysis of Scenario-based method or SAAM,2. Analysis of Trade-Off method,3. Intermediate of Active Review Design,4. SAAM for Reusability and Evolution method,5. Modifiability of Architecture-level Analysis,6. Architecture Reengineering of Scenario-Based method, SAAM for complex Scenarios, and Architecture for Perspective-Based method (Page, 2018). Feedback techniques should be specific, timely, and frequent. It should be about the improvement method, specific suggestive method, or praising method.

  1. Reflection that I have learned from the architectural training is from the different activities. Subjects that have to follow are design, architectural design has some of the specific about the buildings, mansion and different structures. Next history of the architecture is an important subject that has to follow to gain knowledge about history. Graphics is one of the most important subjects that reflect the architectural parts very much (Morris, 2020). Next, computer technology gave the knowledge about the computer first then the knowledge about the different software that has to be used about the building aspects. Working drawing gave the information about the drawings that needed to be done in the time of the designing of any building or other structure. Climatology is one of the most crucial subjects in architecture. It is important to know about the climate conditions, the direction of the wind, sun path, angles of the shadows, and so on which helped to select the design of the house or buildings or any structure regarding the architecture. Sanitation or the building services such as electricity, toilets, drainage, and so on are needed very much to be considered (Regmi et al. 2020). All those things are tough under the subjects which are tough during this training. Subject named structure engineering, one of the most important subjects which need to be learned because to know the basics of the structure. This helps us to know about the design of column beams. All the subjects that have been discussed in the whole training section help to gain more knowledge regarding the architect subjects. Seminars that help to reflect the practices, training that develop all the curriculum activities, standardization meetings help to achieve the comprehensiveness of the training (West et al. 2020). All the networking skills and assessment for self-developing techniques reflected the inner understanding to enhance.
  2. Action is a way to motivate or a purpose to accomplish more, it is kneading bread with the help of rock. Here in this case the action is about the training that helps to achieve different objects such as seminars, different types of meetings. It is related to the fast-paced activity. Reflection is related to the act of being reflected, the property of cultivated waves from being thrown from any surface as an example is a mirror (Ed.ac.uk, 2022). Reflection is the training that lets us focus on the training and practice by ourselves to learn the course and concentrate on the course. Reflection is one of the connections between the action and the theory (Picciano, 2021). Action is doing something to accomplish any purpose but reflection is the act of reflecting or being in a state of being reflected. So in the case of the training, the practice was our reflection and it made us perfect day by day and let us be able to be an architect with value with knowledge. Whereas the action taken by the teachers and professor makes us perfect or ready for the reflection. For the action, I was enabled enough to reflect on the past learnings and the implication of the real world and this reflection guides us for future activities and action. This reflection helps to grow mindsets and settings of the goal, helps to reflect to go deeper level, it lets us model one's reflection. Reflection helps to analyze the work that one has learned from the teacher (Sablan, J.R., 2019). So reflection plays a very important role in the case of training perspective or any kind of student's perspective but without action or the teaching, the reflection or the train can not possibly organize anyhow because no teaching tends to no types of training.
