PDCA cycle or the quality cycle is a very important model which is based on the four steps to ensure the structured approach to improve the quality. Four steps are plan, do, check, and act. This way different plans should be tested and if succeeded incorporated with the learnings from the test and then beginning with a new cycle again.

It improves communication, manages the awareness of job-related concerns between employees, helps in personal development and growth, enhances the skills of decision making, increases the power of individuals, motivates the employees and others, and creates opportunities for individual improvements. Quality circle manages that techniques enlist to help the employees to solve the problems related to their jobs (Sablan, 2019). Cycle is formed by employees working knowledge operations to meet at gaps to discuss the problems related to quality, and solve the solution for improvements. Quality cycle also helps to improve the team spirit among the employees and improve the leadership ability.
1.Professional development activities that I have undertaken are the profession of architecture. Term architect describes the design, art, and engineering to give a shape to the world. Studying architecture has been going on from very ancient times which helps to give design and model to the houses and buildings. In the training assessment, the training system was an umbrella term. Training was based on the first few month's basics of the fundamentals of architecture to medium then the next few months advanced. Training focused on the tracking experience including the area models those are; 1) runtime API, 2) New model of data, 3) data model syntax or format, and 4) new transportation or communication model. The basics of architecture were the study of the important building of history (Ryan et al. 2020). In the time of the intermediate, the study was about understanding the principles of mechanical engineering that related to the architectural design by the mechanics of structure that is deformable which is offered by one of the big universities.
There are many jobs offered by using this kind of course including strong knowledge in communication, analytical, and skills of technical. This study of the architect can lead to a civil engineer, a manager of the constructor, graphic designer, landscape architect, drafter, and planner of regional. Some of the assessment methods that teched in the training of the architect field are 1. Architectural Analysis of Scenario-based method or SAAM,2. Analysis of Trade-Off method,3.
