At Native Assignment Help, we’re committed to delivering work that meets your expectations on time and with quality you can trust. Still, sometimes things don’t always go as expected. This refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund, along with what ot expect during the process.
1. When You Can Request a Refund
You can ask for a refund in the following cases:
1.1. Quality Concerns
In general, our native experts make sure every paper is accurate and well-written. However, refunds may be considered if:
- The work has major issues that make it unusable for reference.
- The final document doesn’t meet the required word count.
- Formatting or structure doesn’t match your given instructions.
- Content is outdated or factually incorrect.
1.2. Plagiarism or AI Detection
Every assignment we deliver is written from scratch and checked through an advanced plagiarism tool, as Turnitin. For a refund or a complete rework, you also have to verify with a third-party report that confirms plagiarism or AI-generated text. We’ll strictly check if you’re eligible or not before approving a refund.
1.3. Ignored Instructions
If most of your provided guidelines were not followed, you can request a refund. However, please note that this doesn’t apply if key instructions were missing when you placed the order. That means if the instruction gap is from your side, then the refund will not be approved.
1.4. Late or Undelivered Work
If your assignment is delayed or not delivered without prior notice, you can ask for your money back. But in case you have applied for revision after delivery, your refund will not be approved in such situations.
1.5. Payment Errors
It doesn’t happen anyway, but in case an extra amount is deducted due to technical issues, that additional amount will be refunded after verification.
1.6. Failing Grades
If your submitted work receives a failing grade, even after all your university’s requirements, which you provided, are followed. Then you may request a refund within three weeks of delivery by submitting valid proof. (e.g., feedback or grade notice).
2. Refund Consequences and Limitations
To maintain transparency, please note the following conditions that apply to refunds:
2.1. Copyright Reversion
Once a refund is approved and processed, all rights to the work return to Native Assignment Help, respectively. You cannot use, copy, edit, or submit the refunded work further. Doing so after receiving a refund will violate this agreement, and it may result in legal action, too.
2.2. Revisions and Quality Claims
If you’ve already requested a revision, you cannot later ask for a refund based on quality concerns for the same work. Requesting a revision shows you have accepted the content we have provided.
2.3. No Refund for Incorrect Information
We don’t grant any refunds if the issue occurs on your side. That means incomplete details, unclear instructions or delayed responses from your side will not make you eligible for a money-back guarantee.
3. Refund Amount and Financial Details
3.1. Standard Refunds
The refunds we covered are up to 90% of the total amount paid. The remaining 10% is kept to cover the transaction and administrative fees. We keep the refund coverage ratio clear and transparent.
3.2. Refunds After Cancellation
If you cancel your order, then the refunds totally depend on how much work has been completed.
- 0% work done: 90% refund
- 1–50% work done: 20–50% refund (after review)
- Over 50% completed: No refund applicable
3.3. Chargeback Policy
Our service always encourages direct communication before taking any chargeback actions. Unauthorised chargebacks are considered fraudulent and may result in legal measures. Please contact our support team to resolve any disputes quickly.
4. Refund Request Process
4.1. Submission Timeline
We only consider refunds if requested within 21 days (3 weeks) of delivering the assignment to you. Any request made after this time cannot be processed.
4.2. How to Apply
The first step towards applying for a refund is approaching the customer support team via email, live chat, or WhatsApp. Mention your Order ID, the main reason for your refund, and any supporting documents (like a plagiarism report or feedback note).
4.3. Review and Processing
Our Quality Assurance Department (QAD) will review your request within 48 hours. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed to the original payment method. It usually takes 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
