Along with this, the teacher should also conduct audits of the health and fitness centers which can help the students in gaining practical knowledge also. Also,as a teacher, I have given assessments to the students such as quiz or report preparation which can help the learners in understanding the concepts in detail and gaining better knowledge.

Ways in which minimum core elements can be demonstrated in planning, delivering, and assessing inclusive teaching and learning

According to Gravels and Simpson, (2014) there are four minimum core elements which are literacy, language, numeracy, and ICT. The teachers need to focus on all these elements so that they can work in an effective manner. While teaching it is important the apply the core elements in all the three phases of the inclusive teaching and learning process which are planning, delivering, and assessing. While planning it is important for the teacher to focus on the learning requirements of the learner specific to their subject which can help them in developing an effective plan for delivering better teaching to the students which can help them in enhancing the core skills and knowledge of the learners(Banner, and Cannon, 2017).

While planning the teacher needs to focus on all the minimum core which can help them in making their teaching much effective. After effective planning the teacher needs to focus on working in accordance with the plan which would help them inteaching all the core skills and knowledge related to the specialist area and the teacher should also focus on developing the people's literacy, language, numeracy, and ICT skills which are minimum core in teaching. As a teacher, it is important for me to focus on applying the theories of behavior management which can help me in managing the behavior of the students in an effective manner.The skinner's behaviorism theory is an effective one which is helping the teachers in developing positive behavior of the students in the classroom. According to this theory, the teacher should use the rewards for the positive behavior of the learners and punishments for the negative behavior of the learners and this would help them in enhancing the positive behavior of the students in the classroom(Hantula, 2018). I have also focused on creating democratic classrooms that are having a positive impact on the behavior of the students. While using the behavior management theory it is important for the teacher to understand the nature of learners and then only this theory should be applied in an effective manner so that better outcomes can be received by the teacher.

How the creating of inclusive learning process had used the theories of behaviour-management

How all the teachers it is important to focus on creating an effective learning environment that can offer better learning to the students and can also motivate them to learn and understand all new concepts in an effective manner. The learning environment which is being offered to the students needs to be safe and should have a positive environment that can help all the students in having a positive attitude towards learning and positive behavior within the classroom. According to my for exclusive learning, it is important for them to have a safe and secure environment and I have focused on addressing the individual learning needs of the learners.As a teacher I believe that extrinsic motivation is important for the students and for this I have focused on motivating the students so that they can take active participation in the learning activities. In my class of health and fitness, I have focused on using the behavior theory in an effective manner and I have developed the criteria's for providing rewards to the students for their positive behavior and actions as it can help me in motivating the students to repeat the positive behavior in the classroom(Lopes, et. al. 2017). On the other hand, I have also applied the concept of giving punishments if the student had behaved in an undesirable manner in the class so that it can restrict the student from doing the same next time. In this manner, I have used the behavior theories for making my classroom effective, safe and inclusive so that all the students can achieve their learning goals in an effective manner.

At the beginning of the learning program, I have focused on the initial assessment of the students so that I can learn that what are the different learning needs of the students. For the initial assessment, I have interacted well with all the students and had conducted some of the general classroom activities which had helped me understand or get a view of the learning needs of the different students in the class. On the other hand,I have also conducted the diagnostic assessment and for this, I have asked different questions in the introduction class which had helped in getting a view of the strength, weakness, skills, and knowledge of the student(Aquino, et. al. 2015).

 I have analyzed the pre-assessment of the learning needs and the things which I am supposed to teach the students on the basis of the curriculum and on the basis of it I have designed an effective teaching and learning plan for making the teaching and learning more inclusive(Hickey, 2020). I have prepared the plan on the basis of the learning preference of the majority of the learners so that I can make the teaching process more effective.

Teaching is not an easy task that involved many things but as a teacher, I think u have gathered better knowledge and had developed some of the important skills which can help me in being an effective teacher in my future as well. While teaching health and fitness to the class I have focused on using the multiple delivering modes which can help me inmaking the teaching more inclusive so that all the students can get effective knowledge related to the subject topic. I have used the focus on using different resources such as books, whiteboards, study materials, and PowerPoint presentation also and these resources had helped me a lot inproviding theoretical knowledge effectively to the students. Along with this the health and fitness also require practical knowledge and for this, I have focused on conducting visits to the health and fitness centers. During the inclusive teaching, I have focused on using my better communication skills in an effective manner which had helped me in having better discussions with the class which is having a positive impact on the learning process of the students(Ahea, 2016). Along with this better communication had also helped me in understanding the learning needs of the students which had helped me in making changes in the teaching process on the basis of it.

For making the teaching more effective I have also focused on motivating the students to ask a question and held a better discussion and getting involved in the group activities for developing teamwork skills that would help them in their future. I have also applied Howard Gardener's notion of multiple intelligence and this approach had helped me in a number of ways in understanding the ways in which the students are receiving the knowledge. I have also conducted different group activities and had also given individual tasks to the students so that they can get better opportunities to learn new things and develop their skills and knowledge.

It is important for the teacher to focus on using effective assessment practice as it helps the teachers in analyzing the effectiveness of the teaching. After delivering the inclusive teaching I have focused on all the four important principles and I have focuses on conducting the assessment which is reliable, valid, equitable, and is flexible as well. While teaching I have conducted both formative and summative assessments which had helped me in better assessment for the students(Molbaek, 2018). The formative assessments had helped me in getting feedbacks while teaching so that on the basis of it I haveimproved my skills and knowledge so that I can deliver better knowledge in the future. On the other hand, the submitted assessments had also helped me in assessing the overall effectiveness of inclusive teaching.

For teachers, reflection is very important, and for reflecting on the effectiveness of the practice in inclusive teaching I have focused on using theKolbs reflection model which includes four different stages such as concrete experience, reflective observation, abstractconceptualization, and active experimentation(Burns, and Danyluk, 2017). If I focus on my concrete experience then I feel that while delivering inclusive education I feel that there are situations when I realized that I need to make improvements in myself and this had motivated me to reflect on this experience. For the reflective observation stage, I felt that I have planned, delivered, and assessed in an effective manner but if I have focused more on all these stages of inclusive teaching then the things might have to be more effective. For the abstract conceptualization, I can say that I would have focused on communicating well in the introduction section so that I would have understood the learning needs, behavior, and attitude of the learners so that it would have helped me in developing a better plan. Along with this I would have chosen some of the effective assessments and delivering methods that can make the teaching more creative.

Analyzing the ways to improve own practice in planning, delivering, and assessing inclusive teaching and learning

As a teacher I would focus on continuous development in my skills and knowledge which would help me in better planning, delivering, and assessing inclusive teaching and learning. I would focus on reflecting on all the different stages of inclusive teaching and should also focus on taking feedback from the fellow teachers and from the learners as well as this can help me in bringing improvement in my teaching.
