Main disadvantage of the autocratic leadership are- This leadership style can affect the employee motivation, it can reduce the level of innovation and creativity in operations.

Democratic Leadership

 This leadership style is considered as collaborative approach that can help the leader to take decision for the organization. In this process leader of organization include team members. In the decision making process team members are allowed to provide their views, ideas and suggestion in order to improve the decision that are taken by the leader(Silva, 2016). Some of advantages of this leadership are- Advantage of the employees experience can be used to improve the decision making process. High innovation and creativity can be used to improve the decision making process. Disadvantages of this leadership style are- It is a time taking process and it can create conflicts between employees.

Coach Leadership

 This leadership style is completely different from the other leadership styles. In this process leader act as coach whose role is to guide the employees and improve their skills. In this process leader try to improve the performance of the employees in order to improve the overall performance of the organization in the market place. Main advantage of this process are- It can develop better environment in team and this leadership style also can improve the skills of people who work in a team. The disadvantages of this leadership style are- it can develop bad habits in people. This is old way of leadership that can affect the performance

From the above leadership styles democratic leadership style is most effective that can help the leader to face different situation and maintain the performance of the organization in market place. This leadership style can help the leader to improve the performance of the Starbucks in market place.
