The proposed study is to identify the impact of Covid-19 on the HR department in the Care Homes Industry in the UK.
The main objective of the research is to study the consequences on the HR of healthcare homes. During the Covid19 breakout, the healthcare industry's HR department encountered numerous challenges. The department's first and most significant challenge was dealing with personal health issues. The study is going to deal with thew several HR roles that got affected and now what are the consequences on the same. HR plays an important role in any organization as management is the key requirement for all. From managing the daily chores to the extraordinary ones, HR is the one who manages things well and coordinates. However, Covid-19 brought a different situation and made things a lot different. The study is going to identify those impacts for the care homes segment.
A crucial part of developing methodology that guides a researcher through the process of organizing and interpreting all of the data collected. The major goal of this research project is to measure the effects of COVID-19 just on human resource managers in the care homes sector through qualitative studies, therefore a deductive approach will be used. Positivism, interpretivism, and realism are the three basic forms of research philosophy. This research will use a research philosophy methodology to tell the public about the effect of COVID-19 on Hr professionals in care homes across the United Kingdom, as well as identify alternative solutions for the same.
To communicate better with the audience, the overall research strategy would be selected. In that instance, a descriptive research strategy will be beneficial in meeting the study's goals and objectives. The employability skills can be defined as outcome techniques that may aid the entire research work in more clearly analyzing the gathered data with appropriate evidence. The primary data collection will become the main focus of this study in terms of understanding the actual scenario with some of the most real-life information. Since primary data will be obtained, the study will be more reliable thanks to quantitative data analysis. The investigation will include precise numeric measurements as well as statistical methods for the acquired data.
When obtaining, reporting, and publishing data as findings, ethical considerations are indeed the key focus. Most researchers acquire data from people who have participated in the study, so it's important to be aware of and sensitive to them both during the investigation but also afterward. There should be some ethics involved while researching for any objective and one must stick to them and understand them completely.
