I select the Assertive skills to reflect on because it helps me to talk about my needs, ideas and the outcome I prefer. Assertive skills are important for my both personal and professional development. Personally assertive skills help me to express myself effectively and can take a stand on my points and decisions. Also professionally assertiveness supports me in controlling my stress and anger. Also, it helps to improve coping skills. According to the theory of assertiveness behavioural objectives and approach is to enhance one's self-respect.

I did a self-assessment and I found that It's not easy to become assertive but I am on the way to learning assertiveness. It likely won't happen overnight and it needs practising various techniques regularly to slowly build up the confidence. I am able to understand myself and have a strong belief in my inherent value. I can also understand others and can organize a team. I have self-belief which helps me to assess my competence and Increase my self-confidence. My peers told me that I deserve to be treated respectfully and with dignity. Being assertive gives me the confidence to make a stand for my rights and protect my boundaries.

Yes, I identified many contradictions from my analysis. saying No, is very hard to say, because I am not used to it. I accept both positive and negative feedback humbly. Sometimes I am not confident from the inside on my own decisions, but others think that I am very confident about my decisions, because I express myself positively and assertively. Also sometimes people challenge me and my rights but I Don't afraid to stand up for myself.

I select resilient skills because life and business are full of unpredictable challenges. so to succeed I embrace my inner warriors and the resilient skill helps me to do this. Resilient skill is important for my development in the future both personally and professionally because it provides me with the confidence to keep on moving forward in life. According to the theory of resilience" hope funds resilience". The theory argues that the nature of adversity is not that important, but the way we deal with it is important. And when we are frustrated, resilience helps me to bounce back.

Resilience also has a negative side as over resilience is risky for the company and organisation and resilience may also erode slowly with time. Others have the opportunity to become more and more resilient by practising empathy tendency, collaborative spirit, bias towards action, improvisation mindset, learning mindset, thrive attitude and unwavering integrity

Resilient may help me in my future in many ways. resilient skills help me to adapt and thrive in challenges and not only survive them.
