In this report it will be discussed the business relating system, further it will be discussed the issues that have been faced by the company like employment related issues, innovation related issues, or industrialization related issues. It has been observed that the company operates in the United States of America and China. Also, it will discuss how the business relation can be established to engage in the business for efficient and better performance. Further in the report the recommendation will be provided to the company in order to better operate and mitigate the challenges which have been faced by the company.

Business relation is a type of connection where any kind of entity exists in the business. It can be said that in the business relation can include customers, stockholders, bankers, investors, employer and any kind of person that engages in the business relation. It has been observed that the social media and online platforms are also a part that gives extra advantages to the company in order to increase the performance and profitability of the company. Based on the study it has been elevated that the company has approx 959 employees and it is increasing widely. Based on the reports, it has been observed that the company has around 5082 million of total equity and the total assets of this company are $ 8665 million. It has been observed that the total operating income of the company is approx $ 653 million. As per the reports it has been identified that the total revenue of the company is $ 2319 million. It has been observed that the performance has been rapidly increased.

Also it has been identified that the company is hiring less experienced and fresher's employees that cannot deliver the work in a timely manner and effectively. It can be said that the employer of the company has some communication issues and “interpersonal conflict” that is why the company cannot communicate with its employees that cheat lost old problems. “Low motivation and performance” issues can be a reason that the company is facing employment related issues. Hence, the new and small companies are not surviving in the online platforms and social media platforms. The company has “lack of innovation culture, and fear of changes that arise. In the last two years it has been observed that the company has incest its one third of the income in the only industry and the company has fulfil the expected return that is why the company is facing some financial issues. In the online market, constant communication and connection is required to attract new customers. It has been identified that the company has a lack of communication and connection that creates lots of gaps in relation between the customer and the company.

The second operation of the company is the generation of electricity. In order it has been observed that most of the countries are facing climate change related issues and global trends in urbanization are creating the problems. As opined by the Song et al. (2019), The Company is using the tradition equipment to produce the electricity which is quite costly and does not work effectively as compared to the modern equipment. New technology in the electricity market will help to produce the cost effective electricity and can easily provide the electricity to its customers at a reasonable price. Cost effective pricing method has been followed by the company in order to produce the electricity. One of the advantages of the cost effective strategy is to allocate the resource properly, make products by saving the money and increase the activity in a good way.
