For collecting the primary the data analysis tools and techniques that has been used is based on forming questionnaire which were asked to the employees of CEVAL to fill and based on their responses the pie charts has been created using excel tool. Below is the data analysis for each of the pie chart presented above.

It can been seen that the total number of 10 respondent in CEVAL has agreed with the fact and most of 40% agreed with it which is the maximum number	Now considering the second question asked to the CEVAL;s employees it can be seen that total 60% has agreed upon the fact the post pandemic has created burden over the logistic system of CEVAl	In case of 3rd questions asked to the CEVAL’s employees it can be seen that 80% of the employees has agreed upon the fact that implementation of blockchain will bring positive working impact within CEVAL supply chain system.	Based on the 4th response given it can be seen that 52% of the employees agreed on that fact that implementation of blockchain can hold the sustainability	Lastly on the basis of the 5th response it has been identified that 68% of the employees agreed upon the fact that implementation of blockchain can accelerate the delivery process of CEVAL

Now considering the secondary data it can be seen that the information has been gathering through using various journals article where viewpoint of various authors has been collected. Based on the information provided it can be seen that most of the authors have shown the positive impact of using blockchain within the various logistics company like Fedex and Bluedart. They have also pointed out that it also helps in retaining the employees and sustainability for a longer period of time. Overall from the entire secondary a positive note has been received on the concept of blockchain that will hold sustainability of CEVAL for a longer period of time.

Recommendations for implementing the framework

Now implementing blockchain within any logistics system is not an easy task and companies like CEVAL need to do a proper pilot project in order to get the desired result. Below mentioned are few of the suggestion for CEVAL which will help them in implementing the technology easily:

1. The first and most important thing that will be needed for the CEVAL’s management to do is considering the main objectives for implementing the blockchain within their logistics system.
2. Secondly, they need to entail with the entire of its stakeholders as they are also associated with the implemented change and their opinion also matter a lot.
3. Third, it will be important for the IT department and other head of the department to get the approval from the top level management for implementing blockchain within the logistics system of CEVAL. This is important because they as implementation of any form of technology need huge funding until and unless the board is giving nod funding cannot be arranged.
4. Fourthly any form of new change bring lots of challenges and risks with them as a result it will be important for the IT department of CEVAL to identify the proper challenges of implementing blockchain and also they need to find ways to deal with those challenges using appropriate tools.

 At the time of selecting the subject for my higher studies the topic which most fascinated me is logistic management. As and when my tutor provided me this topic where I have to create a business framework for business post pandemic I selected implementation of blockchain technology within CEVAL. Prior to making proper planning firstly I segregated my entire research into various sub-topics which helped me in completing the work very easily. The first plan which I created for this project is the identification of the main aim and objectives based on which I did my entire work. My project also followed various techniques like creating WBS and Gantt chary, data identification and analysing those data using excel which I recently learnt. Though I faced a lot of challenges while doing this project but I overcome those and get the desired result. The outcome which I got after completing the entire is that blockchain implementation will help CEVAL in many ways like getting the shipping details correctly, frauds and hacks can be avoided and the main thing delivery process can be accelerate.

How well you have performed and achieved your project objectives, what obstacles did you have to overcome?

 According to the research which I did I can say that I did a good job and received a satisfactory result. I worked very hard to collect data and went to CEVAL Company and did a survey with its employees to get the facts. As I already mentioned that stated objectives for my study and more or less I have achieved all. As per the first objective I have identified that with proper implementation of blockchain various complex situations within CEVAL like timely shipping of the products till delivery the hurdles can be identified and can be omitted using blockchain. Also as per the second objective of my study I have identified that how blockchain help in detailing with resiliency for a longer period of time. Though I have learnt so many things about blockchain and sustainability while doing the study but I have many obstacles also while completing the study. The first obstacle which I faced is selecting an appropriate topic for my study and secondly I was not that much proficient in using data and excel so I faced a lot of difficulties in this segment too. Lastly the most difficult area was getting the employees response as many of them were working from home due to pandemic which created a lot of issues while collecting the primary data.
