The review of this matter took place between the first two weeks of February 2023, besides that the aim and objective of the above project were analysed about the shortage of medical doctors has taken place mainly in the third and fourth week of February 2023. In the hospital background, the shortage of medical doctors must be effective for the suffering patients and also for the hospital background.
