These mental health nurses are promoted with advanced knowledge regarding proper assessment, diagnosis along with proper treatment for the disorders and also provide them with specialized care (Hagen et al, 2017). These nurses contributed their work in collaboration with other health care practitioners as part of a medical team that aimed at improving life susceptibility through optimized levels of clinical results for the patients.
The self-caring attitude and self-induced behavioral responsibilities for mental health patients certainly intrigued my sense of understanding the profession (McAllister et al, 2019). I have acknowledged my responsible attitude and motivational facts about caring and inspiring the patients to improve their health condition and it is the main criteria that enable me to consider the professional practice to become a mental health nurse. Further, based on my understanding of the qualities have surely upgraded my knowledge about the roles being perceived as a mental health nurse and voluntarily choose the career path which involves the following criteria:
The ability of self-acknowledging the career path and about what needs to be done invas=de m mind since my schooling years and it is one of the thoughts that must be condemned to ensure what career choice should be made to elevate self-growth and interest (Chambers et al, 2017). The elaborative discussion about my career choice of becoming a mental health nurse became my pervasive thought which thereby ensures the required skills, qualifications, and training needed. There are certain training and education degrees that lead to a career of becoming a mental health nurse. To condemn a specialization in nursing, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is important and also needs to qualify the board examinations to be considered as Registered Nurse or RN. Further, the approach to Master's course and Doctorate can be an additive in pursuing the degree for advanced nursing practice with the required "specialization in psychiatry and psychiatry and mental health".
The prosecution that must be retained to acknowledge the necessary qualification and training to become a Nursing Apprentice can be discussed with specificity. The health professionals with appropriate skills, training, and experience can direct the career in a specific direction through a degree in nursing apprenticeship (Diaz-Godiño et al, 2019). The main facts about nursing apprenticeship enable the understanding of boosting the ability of health care practices and also the assistant roles into nursing practices.
