This is because there is a lot of advancement in technology within different organizations that are found to be working. Having inbuilt teamwork skills from the beginning will help them To cope with the various changes that may take place within the organisation in the future. As a result of which demonstrating strong team skills in both virtual team interaction and face-to-face interaction make it important (Marasi, 2019). I really feel that college is the perfect time where we can start practising our team more skills. Group work is basically an integral part of our academy course and our clinical experience, externship and internship are also great opportunities to build up relations, leadership abilities and project management.
Now I would like to talk about the skills that I am confident about and I feel which has helped me a lot during my course.
Responsibility accountability and time management and all equally important for my career while I am focusing on my academic year. Moreover, project managers must have some strong organisational skills which will help them to set manageable goals for their team and also keep other members within the organisation on track in relation to the deadlines (Lohmann et al., 2019). As in business management, one should always be on time and should work according to the schedule in planning that has been created or else it may delay the outcome of the organisation. I feel that time management is a very strong point of mind which always help me to complete my task on time and provide effective and proper outcomes without having any kind of errors. I also feel that time management has always helped me to stay motivated and encouraged as scheduling and planning are always a part of my task.
While working in a group it becomes very crucial to have very open-minded thoughts and opinions related to whatever is happening. Recognising team members within a task is crucial as it helps a person to look at things from a different perspective and to also hear them out effectively (Phina et al., 2018). I feel that listening to whatever point of view is represented by another person can actually help me to identify a number of slides related to some problems or issues that are being discussed. According to me, this can allow a person to have better team members and better coordination with the leader which will help us to anticipate needs and also challenges before they even arise within the team and responding to such issues may also become easier. I would also like to see that I have always been a person who patiently listens to whatever the person in front of me is saying about the topic as it helps me to gain a lot of extra ideas and knowledge about the topic and also provides me with a broad area of research. Listening to a person is never harmful but can help you in a better way.
Scope of improvement
However, I feel that there are some areas where I do not really have proper ideas and which can act as a disadvantage for me in this particular course of mine.
While working in a team can be a very challenging environment sometimes however it provides us with a lot of opportunities to uncover different perspectives, experience creative ideas and also enhance our own skills (Bravo et al., 2019). However, it sometimes becomes difficult for me to treat each and every project to be a learning experience of mine the reason behind this is that it sometimes takes me a lot of time to identify why it is important for me and how it can provide me with greater opportunities in my future. I also feel that it takes me some time to collaborate with people and try to understand them. I feel that somewhere I lack skills in communication which results in me having less collaboration with members.
A team is sometimes found to be diverse, consisting of people having different thoughts, cultures, ideas and knowledge about a topic. Where we have to work with people belonging from different backgrounds and having different cultures. It may happen that their perspectives, ways of communication and values may differ from mine and it takes me some time to tolerate whatever is happening within the organisation as things do not really match my ideas. Without having proper tolerance a student may try to impose their ideas and values onto others and this may make it difficult to collaborate and bond (Costin et al., 2018). I feel that in order to come out of such a situation I require a few things which will be helping me in this particular course of mine and some of which are empathy, proper education and exposure.

The following section discusses my personal viewpoint on all the acquired skills in shaping my professional career. But once, once the faculties started the core subjects, there was no scope for being bored or distracted. I believe that my strong foundation would help me grab the attention of my interviewers (Bass et al., 2020).
I would categorise my experience during the entire course to be bittersweet. Not all classes were equally insightful, but in general, my university had the scope for diligent knowledge acquisition. I had positive interactions with my professors and my classmates, which overall uplifted my knowledge pool (Fathelrahman, 2019).
My reflection from the entire course duration is focused on the special attributes that I was exposed to and how I resonated with the challenging situations. I take back established methods that would surely draw results in solving managerial conflicts. The most significant aspect of this knowledge is that it is flexible and can have multiple applications in the finance sector.
I believe I could have a more open mind when attaining my initial classes. It would have helped me drive the full potential of the course within the suggested timeframe. I wanted to have more one-on-one interaction with my faculty members to know more apart from the stated syllabus.
In the future, I would like to approach problems in ratifying a financial crisis with more confidence. I would like to imply my knowledge in the field to propose mitigations. Moreover, my insights would be backed up by thorough research to eradicate misinformation (Issa et al., 2020).

I would recall my university's attempt to include advanced communication strategies in the learning module. These courses were specifically targeted at handling conflicts apart from the general liabilities of communication in a business forum. The influence of such important firms provides surety to learners like me. The secret of being a successful manager cannot be deciphered by reading books and following models. But later on, the university arranged some interactive sessions with actual managers serving their tenure, and it became more approachable. To study the pattern, we also practised mock sessions in the class and obtained outcomes from them.
I looked back through the learning process and acquired certain aspects of communication in the business forum. I thought of particular and regular interaction with the teammates to curate certain targets for them. It will validate their personal achievements and align with their career goals. As a manager, I would benefit from the enriched work efficiency of my team (Bennett and Raymond, 2019).
My first task as a manager would be to implement my recurrent interactions with my teammates. I would conduct these experiments by taking employees from different backgrounds as test procedures. My undergraduate degree has given me extensive opportunities for me and my classmates to work as a team and solve model crises. At times, I could have personal interactions with real-time managers who have given me valuable advice on troubleshooting. They focused not only on the immediate crises but on the greater picture shaping the picture. It was important for me to understand the consequences of not being far-sighted. These are the attributes that I took back from my course, which would prove to be distinguished in the future. Thus, my unique troubleshooting skills would help me in solving critical and creative real-time problems in the post-graduate course (Bentham, 2018).
I recall having trouble maintaining even normal conversations outside my comfort zone. But this management degree improved my personal skills and helped in resonating interactions. I am confident in handling uncomfortable discussions about disagreements. I am capable of deriving professionalism in situations of disagreements and conflicts. I can maintain my integrity in collaboration and still stand on my grounds. I am not conscious of my choices as I am confident that my findings are backed up by research (Staniewski. and Awruk, 2019).
I was known as a people pleaser and exerted my abilities to fulfil everyone's lagging. After acquiring my degree and handling innumerable team settings, I am aware of the actual meaning of work division. I understand the importance of increased work efficiency through divided stress levels. I would no longer fill in someone's shoes at the cost of my personal time. I learned that time allocated for my professional work is sufficient to establish my career profile. Thus, my personal achievements are highlighted in detail in this section (Otache, 2019).
I would like to explore the aspects of creativity and instant troubleshooting in detail. The time-crunch and urgency of a situation keep my interest in tasting my presence of mind. The mystery of unpredictability and uniqueness of each situation is unpredictable. It requires constant upgrading of my established knowledge skills according to the time frame.
