I completed an online test to determine my leadership potential so I can develop. By completing this online test, I can improve my leadership philosophy and skills. As a student, I think this is important for becoming a good leader. Sundar Pichai, Google's CEO, has leadership skills I like. I want to mimic them to develop my own, which must be taught on the job. I'm not excited about understanding how things function. This is a crucial attribute for a successful leader; therefore, I must become more engaged and focus on what's important. I'm not very good at adapting ideas to others' interests. This is another flaw I must fix. To develop my leadership abilities and the organization's overall effectiveness, I must consider others' opinions and modify organizational rules. This personality trait might be helpful for someone like me who is interested in other people's perspectives and worldviews. Leaders must have the ability to motivate and inspire others to work gladly and voluntarily toward the fulfilment of the organization's mission, vision, and objectives, as stated by CIPD (2014b) (Elkhwesky et al., 2022). Despite this, I must continue to interact in new and useful ways that will assist my organization. Technology intrigues me, and I believe it would benefit my organization if I could quickly install new technologies and apps, allowing activities to be completed quickly with little labour. This would help my company. I have trouble seeing the larger picture, which is one of my leadership shortcomings. I should replicate Sundar Pichai's ability to see the larger picture despite setbacks to become a great leader like him. Open communication is one of the most critical parts of operating a business. I'm forced to discuss organizational matters I don't care about (Fries et al., 2021). Because I have trouble understanding the social structure of significant organizations, I need to learn some strategies to help. I need to work on this since I'm not engaged in organizational ideals and values. I feel that caring about people is one of my leadership traits.

Networking improves leadership in many ways. I chose to self-evaluate my networking skills and limitations. I often seek advice from folks who have been in similar situations and build new relationships to support my new endeavours. Asking for help from individuals who are more knowledgeable than you is one of the most important aspects of networking, in my view. I adore talking with people and can talk to strangers easily (Gandolfi & Stone, 2018). There has been some success for ILM in the field of education; however, the findings are ambiguous as to what teaching or learning methods the workers were exposed to. This trait helps me gain self-confidence and connect with others. Some of my successes may be highlighted immediately to make a strong first impression and show my effectiveness (Al Khajeh, 2018). For future success, I must improve this characteristic. I try to remember a few things when approaching a businessperson who can assist me, but I'm not always successful. I'm horrible at establishing a conversation with a businessperson. I disregard their successes, which is a character flaw. I should congratulate their accomplishments since it will make them feel good to be admired. I can ask businesspeople relevant questions. That helps me solve challenges and learn from others. My absence of a vast network might be a concern in an emergency. My ability to connect with individuals who can assist me is lacking. I needed to learn how to seek aid while still helping others. I appreciate your assistance very much. Some individuals who helped me in the past or might aid me in the future are still in contact with me. It helps me build great ties and connect with giving people.

My accomplishments may provide a positive impression and show my efficiency. Improve to succeed. I evaluate various criteria before approaching a businessperson. I'm bad at business. Underappreciated. I should praise them for impressing me. Entrepreneurs perplex me. Problem-solving, learning. My little network might be difficult in an emergency. I'm ignored.
