These factors can be analysed to effectively develop suitable career plan for suitable job in particular sector.

SWOT Analysis

 Swot analysis is considered as most effective process or tool for the personal assessment process. Different business organization and individuals can use this tools to effectively analyse personal capabilities and weaknesses that are need to be addressed to for personal development.

Strengths

 In the SWOT analysis I have identified various skills that are effective and important to get job in finance sector organization. Main strengths that I have identified in the personal assessment process are- I have effective inter personal skills that are useful to develop communication in the work place. The degree that I am pursuing is important to get join in financial sector organization. I am capable of critically analyse different situation and conditions that are important for the finance sector job. I have b communication skills and language knowledge that is major skill that is important for the professional career. I also have good knowledge of calculative methods that are used in the finance sector. These are some strengths that I have identified in the personal analysis process.

Weaknesses

In the personal assessment process I have also analysed some of weaknesses that are need to be considered in the career plan and personal development plan to mitigate the issues that are result of these weaknesses. Some the weaknesses that I have identified in the personal assessment process are- The major weakness in my profile are- lack of professional experience is major weakness that I have identified in the personal assessment process. Lack of concentration is also major issue that I have identified in the personal analysis. This s is most important in the financial sector job to have b concentration skill to perform severe calculations as job role. I am also weak at pressure and stress management so sometimes it is difficult for me to handle pressure in the professional job. I so not have any experience or knowledge of the conflict management process in organization. So, it will be difficult for me to handle different type of conflicts in the work place. These are major weaknesses that are need to be focused in the career development plan to get appropriate result in professional career.

Opportunities

The opportunities that I have analysed and evaluated in the personal analysis process are related to the career plan for the financial sector. The major opportunities that I have analysed in the personal assessment process are- I can apply for different internship in different financial sector organization to develop professional experience and it will help me to increase employability in dream organization.Some of technical classes can be considered to learn different tools that are used in the business organization to perform financial calculations and planning. These are major opportunities that are need to be focused to improve the eligibility for particular job.

Threats

In the personal assessment process I have identified some issues that are need to be considered in the career plan to avoid issues in employment process. The main threats that are identified in the process are related to the competition level in the financial sector. There are a lot of graduate are looking for job in financial sector. In can increase the competition level in the interview or selection process. The other issue that is major threat in the employment process is related to the economic stability on the global level. Due to coronavirus many organizations are facing critical issues in financial stability. For this reason many employees has been were layoff in last few months.

 This is how on basis of personal assessment process proper and effective career action plan can be created to achieve success in the future. All the strengths can be considered as capabilities, weaknesses can be considered as skills and factors that are need to be considered for the development.

Identification of Career Option

There are different career options are available after he graduation but I have selected financial sector as career. Mai reason for selecting this field is related to personal interest. I am pursuing graduation with subjects like finance and accounting. I have identified that according to my interest and education, job in financial sector will be better option for me.Initially I want to work in multinational financial sector organization that offers jobs to graduate fresher. This is how I have selected the job of junior financial executive manager in financial sector organization.

Prioritization

There are different skills are need to be considered for the development but this is not possible to considered all the skills on immediate basis. For this process this is important to perform prioritization of skills that are need to be developed(Gould, 2017). The skills that are need to be developed in the career plan are- Technical skill, stress management skill, concentration skill and conflict management skill. Among these skills technical skills and conflict management skill will be at high priority. The other skills can be considered after the achievement of high priority skills.

Research

To fulfil career objectives this is important to perform critical research of particular sector and position to get overview of the considerations that are need to be managed in the process of career action plan(McKenzie, Coldwell-Neilson and Palmer, 2017). In year 2019, total 1.1 million people were employed in the financial service sector. It was a decrement as compared to the pre global recession figure.
