Transformational Leadership: It is a leadership that significantly concern with the inspiring and encouraging the employees to innovate as well as find new ways to drive the growth of the organization. The reflection is presenting by using Gibb’s reflective model which involves six stages: description, feelings, evaluation, analysis, conclusion, and action plan. Recently, I got chance to create several motivational strategies that was based on six business scenarios. It was a kind of pair task in which I had to work with my partner. At beginning of the project, me and my team member communicated with each other and discussed about the different business case scenarios one by one carefully and related various tasks carefully. I think it was crucial to analyse the project in detail manner to achieve positive outcomes at the end of the project. As I am good in communication skills, I easily interacted with my partner throughout the project. Communication skills is the capability of a person to share or convey relevant information and ideas (Pennington et al, 2021). After that we divided our tasks so that we can aware about our roles and responsibilities in the project. Once, allocation of tasks and activities has completed, I focused on assigned tasks. I used my time management skills in order to prioritise the work so that I can meet the deadlines. I identified that the approach used by me was really helpful throughout the activity. The project helped me to know the significance of time management skills. I had to utilise internet to search about the problem. Although, I was not effective in research skills so I faced several challenges to find the solutions to the problem.
After that, I asked for help from my mentor regarding my inefficiency. My mentor provided me guidance and taught me how to efficiently utilised online platforms to search about any topic. Because of my mentor’s guidance I improved my research ability and used it find different solutions. I highly contributed in this project and share my ideas to my team members to complete one task and move to next. Additionally, I realised that I was not much effective to make proper decisions regarding tasks. Due to lack of decision making ability, I was not able to focus on my duties which affected my work performance. Further, in the project few business scenarios were quite complex. Due to complex tasks, I frustrated and was unable to control my thoughts. It showed that I was weak in emotional intelligence ability which is crucial to control own emotions and feelings even we face difficult situation (AL-Qadri and Zhao, 2021). The project helped me to learn the work of sales team. I also got opportunity to know the different problems faced by sales team in the business. Further, I will focus on continuous learning in order to enhance skills and gain more knowledge. I will join development classes to know more about research skills and problem-solving skills. I will also solve quizzes and mind-based games to enhance my critical thinking skills. I will read books and articles to learn how to manage own emotions and understand other’s feelings. If I will do this kind of project in future then the experience which I gained can be useful to complete project.

The present study based on Apple Plc, a digital tech store that deals in electronic device. From the present study it is identified that democratic leadership have positive impact on company's decision-making process while transformational leadership impacts company productivity. The administrative management theory increases efficiency of the organization leads to provide competitive edge. Furthermore, by analyzing three of leadership and management theory it is identified that democratic leadership develops an open and collaborative culture while transformational leadership creates forward-looking and productive culture. In addition, administrative management theory helpful in generate innovative culture via using its different principles.
