1. Introduction - Key Strategies for Creativity and Growth in Organizations
Creativity is the ability of an individual who provide many potential ideas. On the other hand, Innovation is a creative and new idea that provides many new opportunities in the workplace. Innovative ideas are very essential for improving a business in every organization. After the pandemic, most companies faced so many challenges and issues. Therefore, many complex problems occur in every business sector, and the managers and leaders of the companies implemented innovative ideas including award programs for employees to reduce all stress at work issues and problems. Despite these, in the workplace, innovative and creative ideas including optional remote work and imaginative activities like a break for 30 minutes will help to increase the productivity of this organization.
Creativity is the ability of a person who bring new methods. There are three types of creativity such as "exploratory, transformational, and combinational creativity". Creativity and Innovation are two essential and effective parts that help to increase productivity in the workplace. This study will discuss a literature Review section that explains "Creativity and innovation in the workplace".
2. Literature Review
Creativity and Innovation in the Workplace
Creativity and Innovation are the two essential parts of the workplace. Creativity is a part of employee growth and experiences in an organization. Many Innovative ideas help to increase the growth of business and help to improve employees' personal growth. It is reported that 84% of executives accept the significance of innovation but only 6% are fully satisfied to use innovative ideas in the organization. Innovation and creativity are essential if the manager of the organization wants to solve problems and create a good workplace environment (Samma et al. 2020). Therefore, a good workplace environment helps to encourage work on innovation and creativity in an organization. These ideas are helping to improve customer satisfaction and provide many new opportunities in the workplace. For Example- Google is the most innovative company in the world because many new methods and ideas are from Google (Wijngaarden et al. 2020). It is noted that in Google, 20% of employees are working passionately and they are always encouraged by innovative ideas and creative thought. These ideas are provided by many new opportunities and facilities in the workplace.
- Build a team: Collaboration is the most essential part of improving a business in the workplace. Every organizational business is increasing if employees work with collaboration. Many new innovative and creative ideas have provided a good environment in the workplace. Employees are satisfied with the facilities and opportunities in their workplaces (Al Harbi et al. 2019). Employees have interacted with their colleagues and work on the same vision and goals. The managers and leaders of the organization have applied many innovative and creative ideas for improving their business and employees' performances. As a result, leaders can build an effective team for their organizational implementation.
- Provide flexibility and freedom: Creativity and Innovative ideas have provided various facilities for increasing organizational implementation. As a result, employees get flexibility and freedom in the workplace and they are satisfied with various facilities (Bannay et al. 2020). Employees get a proper routine and ideas that are very effective for organizational growth. They are working flexibly because managers and leaders have supported them effectively.
- Get opportunities to share knowledge: Employees are sharing their talent and skills in their workplaces and they get opportunities to share their abilities. As a result, many innovative and creative ideas have been provided by employees (Nazir et al. 2021). The manager and leaders have always supported their employees for increasing their abilities. The manager has shared the short and long-term goals of the company so employees have tried to achieve target goals. Therefore, they have shared their knowledge and skills in their workplaces.

Improve employees' abilities: Employees play an important role in every organization and they must manage most of the fundamental works of an organization. The manager and leaders have supported their employees in increasing their abilities (Haque and Oino, 2019). Employee performances have provided an effective result for every organizational implementation.
The Systems Theory
Every Organization wants to increase its productivity and organizational implementation. Therefore, many creative and innovative ideas have been applied by the manager of this organization. Domain Individual Field Interaction (DIFI) has been classified as the systems theory (De Clercq and Pereira, 2019). This theory has provided many creative and innovative ideas that are very essential for organizational implementation. The 4p' is a very important part of every organizational implementation. "Products, processes, places, and persons" are the 4Ps and these are very important for organizational growth.
Creativity is the construction that helps to explain creative thought and change the workplace environment. To apply this theory, individual, social, and cultural factors have influenced creativity and innovative ideas and thoughts (Ranasinghe and Samarasinghe, 2019). This theory brings three types of components such as the domain, the person, and the field, and these all support creativity and innovative ideas. This theory helps to change the management process and provides many modern and creative ideas that are very effective for organizational implementation. People are the main part of the creative process and innovation ideas for organizational success. Therefore, it is said that the Systems Theory is very effective for organizational implementation.
3. Conclusion
It can be said that Creativity and Innovation are the most essential parts of organizational implementation. These two ideas help to improve the productivity of an organization. During the pandemic, most companies have faced various issues and challenges. In spite of these, creativity is the heart of human efforts and abilities. Every organization wants to develop its productivity so takes many innovative ideas and thoughts. The manager and the leaders of an organization have applied many creative and innovative ideas for improving organizational productivity and improving employees' performances.
It is expected that in the future, creative and Innovative ideas will work effectively. In the current situation, most companies have applied innovative ideas for expanding their production. Digital marketing, online marketing, and social media platforms have been used by many organizations to increase their productivity. Many innovative and creative ideas come from online platforms that are very effective for organizational implementation.
