My role is to consult the support group members and mitigate the challenges of the children. Thus, it will maintain a valuable relationship within an inclusive classroom. On the other hand, my role as a teacher is to collaborate with other professionals. Inclusive practice is important for a teacher by following the code of practice. I think that participating in an inclusive environment will promote my skills and development which are important for career opportunities. My three major skills for inclusive practice are as follows:

I have excellent communication skills which help me to listen and fulfil student demands. The strategies should be followed to communicate with disabled students. I should collaborate with support groups that will help me to develop my skills and knowledge in inclusive learning.
  2. Critical thinking: This skill is important for improving the decision-making and problem-solving skills of a teacher. As a teacher, I think that practising communication, and emotional intelligence, solving problems of children, and focusing on parental concerns are important. The role of a teacher is to support students irrespective of their age, gender ethnicity or special abilities. Professional and personal development is required for a teacher to make their action plan effective. I made an action plan with different activities to make it effective. As a teacher, I want to focus on learner needs. In terms of assessing learners' needs communication skills and emotional intelligence should be improved. It will help to fulfil the strategies and make my action plan fruitful.
