HRM in Business Organization.

As per the view of Chelladurai and Kerwin, (2018) there are different roles are played by Human Resource department to manage the people of organization in effective way. The roles of human resources department are classified in two different categories which are- Managerial function and other one is operation function. The Managerial function of HRM are- Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Direction and controlling the operations of organization in internal and external processes. The functions that are involved in operative function are- Procurement, development, reward management, compensations, maintenance, motivation and integration. These are some other processes are also performed with in Human Resource Management to improve the effectiveness of organization in market place. For example recruitment, training and development processes are used by the organization in order to improve the capability of company.

Importance of Human Resource Management for Business organization

According to Armstrong and Taylor, (2020) actions that are performed in process of human resource management are important for business organization. Human resource management is most important for organization to improve the performance in market place. HRM improves the strategic management of organization.
