Data collection

For this, the data can be collected from two different sources that is primary and secondary source. In the case of primary data, all the information is gathered directly from the source and is not used in any of the previous studies (Lê and Schmid, 2022). On the other side, the secondary source is the one which provides already used data about the research topic. For the current study, the primary and secondary data are used for accomplishing the study well. Also, the primary data was gathered from 30 nurses of Nuffield Health and for secondary data, compliance with different books, journals, articles and others was used. for collecting data, a questionnaire was prepared and it will send to all the participant via email and the responses were also gathered through email only. Only the closed-ended questions were asked to the respondent in relation to the topic.
Data analysis
For the success of the study, the data must be analysed well. In case the collected data is not evaluated and analysed then it will affect the efficiency of the work in a great way. When the data is analysed effectively then the working of the study will be improved well (Hendren et al, 2023). For this, the scholar has applied the thematic analysis and by making different themes and related charts and tables the data has been analysed and research objectives have been attained. For the analysis of the data, the first step followed was to create the themes of every question and then the responses were summarised in the table and then charts were prepared for displaying the responses of the participant. After the making of chart interpretation is written to draw conclusion from the table and link it with the research objectives well.
For the research process, the sample is selected and then the questionnaire will be supplied to them via email and responses will also be gathered from email only. After gathering all the data, the compliance with thematic analysis is done and all the collected data is evaluated. After that, the results are communicated to the intended audience.
Further, there are certain limitations as well which affect the working of the study effectively. The most common type of limitation was less time and this limitation was overcome with help of the effective time management (Vaughn and Jacquez, 2020). Another limitation faced included the less secondary data available relating to the research topic.
