Covid 19 pandemic is a challenging situation for people around the world, it has affected many people on different level. Many people have lost their lives due to Covid 19. It is considered a global pandemic that has affected many countries around the world. This is challenging situation for people and governments around the globe. Many people have lost their relatives due to Covid 19 many people have lost their jobs due to different restrictions in the lockdown situation. Entire world is facing impact of economic and health crisis because of coronavirus outbreakGriffin and Murrie (2018). This is research is based on people who are associated with the aviation industry. In the research work impact of Covid 19 pandemic will be evaluated on the professional pilots and training pilots. Covid 19 situation ash affected aviation industry majorly and this is challenging for people of aviation industry to come over the impact of Covid 19 situation. Because of international and local travel bane, most airlines have stopped their operations and grounded all their flights. In the current situation, they are not able to operate with current restrictions in transportation sector. Aviation industry is severely hit by Covid 19 pandemic.

Most airlines were not able to operate with their current strength in the situation and it has forced them to lay off their employees to avoid major failure and financial loss. Due to the situation, many pilots were fired from their jobs and they do not have any other options to ensure their survival(Ilkhanizadeh and Karatepe, 2017). There is no career opportunity in aviation industry for now and for few more months, aviation industry will not be able to maintain its operations effectively. Still, some countries are facing Covid waves. This is not possible for aviation industry to operate with full capacity at current time. Due to this challenge, many pilots remain unemployed after the major hit of coronavirus pandemic. It has also forced many students to review their career selection after the Covid 19 pandemic. Because of lack of opportunities and lack of training opportunities, this is difficult for many under training pilots to retain their decision to make professional career as pilot. Many factors are forcing these people to change their decision regarding professional career development. This is how this research will be focused on the people of aviation industry to evaluate the impact of coronavirus pandemic on their career selection.

Literature Review

Impact of Coronavirus Pandemic on Aviation Industry

Coronavirus outbreak is a critical situation that has affected people all around the world. People from bottom line to people of higher level, all are affected by the Covid 19 situation. This is most important to evaluate the impact of coronavirus pandemic on the global level to develop reinforcement process for the future purpose. Various aspects related to countries and globalization has been affected by the Covid 19 pandemic. By evaluating the impact of Covid 19 pandemic on industrial sector, better insight can be developed. This is most important to evaluate the impact of pandemic situation on different industrial sector to improve decision-making process. As per the view of Lutte and Mills (2019), Aviation industry is mainly affected by the coronavirus pandemic. This is challenging situation for airline industry to make survival in the difficult conditions. Many countries around the world are considering the guidelines that are provided by the world health organization to prevent the outbreak of the Covid 19 pandemic. Because of global transportation and travel bane, different airlines were not able to perform their business operations and maintain flight schedules. This is most important for the airline industry to maintain flight schedules to avoid major financial losses. Aircraft of different airlines were grounded in pandemic conditions and it was increasing loss of airline companies.
As per the view of Morrison (2020), it was challenging for these organizations to maintain financial status without performing lay off in employee base. As the most flights of airlines were grounded. So these organizations have planned to lay off their pilots because they are not able to pay off their salaries. Retaining their pilots can affect their financial status and retaining employees can increase their loss day–by–day. This situation has forced the organization to release most pilots from their contracts. Lack of regularity in flights has affected the flight schedule of the airlines. In current situations, these airlines cannot afford more losses. On other end, coronavirus pandemic also has affected the career of student pilots who are willing to join aviation industry as a professional career. Because of transportation restrictions and travel bane, these trainee pilots are not able to complete their training sessions. This is major impact on the professional career of students. These situations have delayed their schedule and these pilots are too able to get different licenses to become professional pilots. This is how coronavirus has affected career choices of professional pilots and trainee pilots.
According to Nagarathanam, Venkitasamy, and Attiah (2018) coronavirus pandemic has affected aviation industry so hard. This situation has forced people in the aviation industry to review this career choice to make appropriate changes in their career. Because of the lack of requirement of pilots, there are no opportunities in aviation industry and this condition with remain same until the Covid 19 pandemic is gone. There will be a long-term impact of Coronavirus pandemic on the aviation industry. This is most important for the pilots and trainee pilots to review other career options to develop effective career in long term. Because of Covid 19 pandemic, people in aviation industry are not able to retain their job and there are only limited opportunities for people to get job as pilot in aviation industry. On an estimate, there are total 4.8 million people associated to the aviation industry are about to lose their job due to the coronavirus pandemic. In total 46 million jobs are at risk due to the coronavirus pandemic. People who are at major risk and about to lose their jobs not only exists on the lower level of industry, some skilled and experienced professionals are also at high risk. Lack of air travel has reduced the need for professional pilots in the aviation industry and it is major reason for risk on the jobs of professional pilots. Jobs that are supported by the aviation industry has fallen from 46 million to 41.7 million. There is total difference of 52.5% negatively. Jobs that are connected to the aviation industry directly, fall by 4.8 million due to coronavirus pandemic (Karaman and Akman 2018). There is total reduction of 43 % in this data. This is how coronavirus pandemic has affected the jobs in aviation industry and it is major reason for people associated with aviation industry to analyse career opportunities in the aviation industry. As per the above data, it can be considered as Aviation industry is majorly affected by Covid 19 pandemic and it has majorly faced financial crisis because of the pandemic situation.

Impact of Coronavirus Pandemic on Career Choice of Professional Pilots

In the pandemic situation, more than half planes were grounded. In this situation, many pilots have lost their jobs because airlines cannot afford to retain their employees with major financial losses. This situation has forced the organization to lay of their highly skilled employees and experience in the profession. Due to financial losses, airlines have ended their contracts with many pilots because of bane of the many flight routes by the government. As per the view of Klapper and Ruff-Stahl (2019)during this situation, many pilots do not have any job that can help them to make survival in critical condition. Before the Covid 19 pandemic, there were many opportunities for the people to develop career as pilot in aviation industry. In pandemic situation, around 51% of flights were grounded due to Covid 19 situation. During this time, many pilots have planned to review their career opportunities to avoid financial issues in lockdown and unemployed situation.
As per the view of Lutte, (2018) around 1 Billion people from the industry are about to lose their jobs and remain unemployed. As per the statement of the Air Line pilots Association, pilots will do anything to protect their families and children from pandemic situation. They have also said that if it means working at grocery store, pilots will do it to manage financial stability.According to the current situation, many pilots have started thinking about secondary career options as per their choices. Till the end of coronavirus pandemic, many pilots will remain unemployed. According to a survey on pilots, only 43% of pilots remain in their job after the Covid 19 pandemic.Roughly, 30 % of pilots have claimed that they are unemployed because of the coronavirus pandemic. 17 % employees have said that they were fur-longed, 6 % pilots are still working in aviation industry but in different job role. Form the pilots who have lost their jobs, 4 % of them has changed the industry and currently they are working in industry other than aviation industry. From research of 2600 pilots in UK, only 43 % of pilots are performing jobs for which they are trained. 30 % of pilots are unemployed, 17 % pilots are furlonged and 10 % of pilots are still working in the aviation industry at non-flying job. Some pilots that are still working in same job role, are facing devastating working conditions and stress level is too high as compared to the pre Covid situation. There is too much pressure on pilots that are currently working for different airlines. On an average, payment of pilots has been cut up to 58% in Hong Kong’s Airline Company. From the survey that is conducted on pilots, 84 % of them have claimed that
In opinion of Yang and Yang (2019), air travel is considered as hardest-hit industry on global level. Total losses that airline industry has gained in coronavirus pandemic was around 300 billion and major reason for this loss is related to the challenges of Covid 19 pandemic. As per the estimation of European Cockpit Association, around 15 to 20 % of pilot jobs can disappear due to Covid 19 pandemic. As per the report of CAE, global civil aviation industry will still require 27000 new pilots by the end of year 2021 and more than 260000 in next decade. This is a challenging situation for the aviation industry to meet all the requirements without lapse in the validity of licenses of pilots. Different airline organizations are also developing effective plan to avoid issues related to flight cancellation and grounding on future basis. Proper tech transition can be considered as effective approach to meet the requirements of the aviation industry. According to above information, Professional pilots can avoid second career opportunities to fulfil their primary goal (Guenzel and Malmendier 2020). Organizations in the airline industries are looking for technology development and innovations in the business operations to avoid major failure in operations and keep operations running without error.

Impact of Coronavirus Pandemic on Students Who Have Selected Pilot as Career Goal
This is a challenging process to get ranked as pilot and in pandemic situation, this is most difficult for an individual to complete their pilot training within limited time. According to Valenta (2018) economic crisis has made this process more difficult for trainees to complete their licenses. Because of Covid 19, so far, 17000 pilots have lost their jobs and some of employees are fur-grounded. With time, there is more demand for new pilots in the aviation industry. This is important to run the training programs for pilots as per the predicted demand of new pilots. There are total 111 different academies around the world and operating in 40 different countries. Because of Covid 19 pandemics these pilot-training academies has faced major failure. In March when whole world was facing major hit of coronavirus, at this situation number of trainees in academies were very low. The number of trainees has fallen up to 60% in the pilot training organizations.
This is challenging for professional pilots to get their job back. In case of pilot students, this is most difficult for them to get more opportunities to complete their all licences to get job as professional pilot in different airlines. As per the view of Nikle (2019) airlines that are currently operating on limited basis required skilled and trained pilots. With the situation, numbers are improving and currently, these pilot training academies are in recovery condition. Till the September month, the number of training pilot reached 94 % of pre Covid situation.40 to 60percent of trainees have lost their training activities. Other trainees were not majorly affected by the Covid 19 situation. As per the current information, these pilot training academies are getting back to the normal track and this situation has developed positive environment for the people who are willing to become successful and effectively trained pilot. This is positive information for the students who are interested in the aviation career. In October, November and December month number of activates that are performed in the training practices has faced major fall which cannot be considered as effective data for the pilot training academies. On an average activities that are performed a student has fallen from 82, 0 activities to 78, 6. There is total difference of 4.2 % activities as compared to the previous year data. From this data, it can be said that pilot training activities has been reduced due to Covid 19 pandemic. Impact of pandemic situation is major for both aviation industries and pilot training academies. Largest fall has been recorded due to pandemic situation in number of activities and number of trainees. Academies that are providing pieces of training to the trainees are planning effective processes and approaches to meet the number of new-trained pilots each year. This is how pilot-training academies have faced major impact of Covid 19 pandemic and have recorded major fall in the training activities and number of pilot training on global level. This was challenging situation for the aviation industry. Currently, these organizations and academies are planning to develop effective practices to meet demand for trained pilots. Results of these activities and approach are also positive for aviation industry. These training institutions are in stage of recovery from the Covid 19 pandemic.

Perspective of Professional and Students Regarding Career Their Career ChoiceI

Is per the opinion of Ren (2017),this is most important to analyse the perspective of pilots and student pilots to develop understanding of how they think about the post Covid situation. Major perspective is related to the people who are currently working as pilot in the airline. Because of pandemic situation, more than half of planes are grounded and the large number of pilots have lost their employment due to financial issues of the airlines. In this case, many pilots have planned to reconsider their career opportunities to plan carer in new industry. From the total unemployed pilots, most of them were remain unemployed in the pandemic situation. After the pandemic situation, there will be large number of job openings in the aviation industry and this can be considered a positive condition for the unemployed pilots. Some pilots have considered the other industries which are completely different from the aviation industry. As compared to the unemployed pilots, number of pilots who have made a career in other industry is very low. Some pilots have joined other role in the aviation industry and they are performing ground duties. This is how perspective of people is different in different people. The large number of pilots are still looking for developing their career in the aviation industry in role of pilot and some other pilots who were highly concerned about their family and financial stability, have selected other employment opportunities other than working as pilot. As per the guidelines and promotions provided by aviation agencies, there will be more opportunities for pilots by end of year 2021 and large size recruitment activity will be performed by the airlines to meet demand of skilled and trained pilots. This is how perspective of most pilots is to remain in same job role after the pandemic situation.

As per the view of Sangster and Smith (2019),it is important to analyse the perspectives of student pilots to develop understanding of future condition of the airline industry. This is most important to maintain number of student pilots to meet future demand of pilots in the airline industry. In the pandemic Situation, there was a huge fall in number of trainee pilots in the pilot training academies and routine activities that are performed by individual is very low as compared to the non-Covid situation. There are different initiatives has been taken by the pilot training academies to meet the demand of trained pilots from future perspective. Due to these efforts of academies, conditions are getting better. Currently these pilot training academies are in recovery stage. Student pilots also have shown positive attitude for the training programs and professional career in the aviation industry. Positive attitude of student pilots has improved the conditions in the training academies which are responsible to meet demand fornew-trained pilots in aviation industry. Only few students are thinking about developing career in other field and most student pilots have retained their idea of becoming pilot in commercial airlines.

Research Methodology

Research Type

Research type can be explained based on data and information used in the research process. In research projects, two research types are most common and these research types are used by researchers. Qualitative research type is a subjective approach in which open-ended communication is used to find the answers to the research questions. Mainly in qualitative research type, information based on observations and open-ended communication is used to find the answers to the research questions(Ndlovu-Gatsheni, 2017). This research type is effective to develop deep understanding of the research topic and provide better overview of the research topic. This is also cost effective approach and less complex as compared to another approach. Qualitative approach is effective to create a driving force that is effective to develop conclusion. Qualitative research also consists of human experience which is important perspective to improve the effectiveness of the research work. Quantitative research type is also commonly used by researchers to perform research work effectively. Quantitative research approach is based on numerical data and information. In this research, the type researcher is focused on numerical data to conduct research work. This research is based on patterns and connections between different variables in the quantitative research. This relationship is analysed and studied by the researcher to develop conclusion for the research topic. Quantitative research is objective approach which is effective to generate more accurate and precise result for the research process. Quantitative research type is effective to analyse large amount of data effectively and find the solution for the research topic. In this research work, qualitative research type will be used to develop better understanding of research topic. This research type is also effective to analyse the research topic subjectively. Better insight also can be developed with qualitative data type. It is an open-ended process that can be helpful to perform research on wide level.

Research Philosophy
Research philosophy can be explained as thought process of researcher about the research process. This is mainly related to the mind-set of researcher. Different mind-set can be applied by the researcher in the research process to keep the research aligned with the research topic and develop effective conclusion of research. Research philosophy also can be explained as phenomenon that is used by researcher to conduct the research. It is important to use right mind-set to perform research effectively. Some of research philosophies that are most commonly used by researcher are- positivism, interpretivism, and realism. These research philosophies are most effective to perform research work more efficiently. Positivism research philosophy is highly structured research philosophy, large samples are used in this approach to get much effective information about the research topic. Both qualitative and quantitative data is compatible with positivism research philosophy. Observation-based information is used in the positivism research philosophy. Positivism philosophy is effective to develop hypothesis and deeply analyse the information collected in research process. The other research philosophy that is used in research process is realism. In realism research philosophy, only those processes and tools are used by researcher which issuitable for the research topic(Ragab and Arisha, 2018). This philosophy is most effective to perform research for the actual situation. Practical knowledge and information can be effectively used for the research purpose. With realism research philosophy, latest technology and innovative approach can be implemented in research process.Interpretivism philosophy is considered as most effective for the research process that is consists of primary data collection process. In interpretivism research philosophy, information collected from the respondents is considered to generate conclusion for the research process.Interpretivism research philosophy is economical approach that can be used to collect a large amount of data. Data collected in research can be effectively compared with this approach. This philosophy is also effective to develop social understanding of the research topic. In this research, positivism and interpretivism research philosophy is used to analyse the human perspective of the research topic.

Research Design
Research design is explained as overall strategy that is used to combine different components of research process to address research problem effectively. It can be considered as framework or structure that will be followed in the research process. By following research framework, research objectives can be effectively met. In the research process, two type of research design is used by the researcher. Exploratory and conclusive are two types of research designs that are most commonly used by researcher to complete the research work.Exploratory research design can be explained as framework in which information collected in the research process is used to get more information about the research topic. Research topic is explored using piece of information that is collected in research process. This is how better understanding can be developed about research topic(Turnbull, Chugh and Luck, 2021).Exploratory research design is most effective and flexible to implement changes in research process. As per the conditions and challenges, changes can be adapted in the research process. Exploratory research design is also cost effective for the research process. Exploratory research design is also effective to develop better foundation for the research work. Effectiveness of research process can be improved with the exploratory research design. The other research design that is used in research process is conclusive. Inconclusive research design, information collected in data collection process is used to develop conclusion. Various processes and methods are used by the researcher to breakdown available information to find short and effective result of the research problem.Conclusive research design is effective to provide reliable result for the research problem. Conclusive research design is effective and more structured to find the conclusion of the research topic. In this research, exploratory research design is used to explore the research problem effectively and provide better solution for the research topic. Information collected in research process will be explored from wide perspective to develop better understanding of it.

Research Approach
Research approach can be explained as a structured plan or framework that is used in the research process. There is range of assumptions and processes are used in the research process to improve the effectiveness of the research. Different research approaches can be used in research process to improve the effectiveness of research work. Major research approaches that are used in research work are inductive research approach, deductive research approach and abductive research approach. All these research approaches are used by researcher to complete research work effectively. Inductive research approach is based on process in which, information and data collected in research process are used to develop new theories and concepts that can be used to explain research problem. This is approach is effective to find solutions for new and uncertain research problem. This approach is highly flexible to analyse research topic and explain information collected in data collection process.Other research approach that is used in research process is deductive. Deductive research approach is based on existing theories and concepts that are used to analyse information collected in research process. Existing theories and concepts are used to explain information and data collected in research process. This can help researcher to develop knowledge about the research problem(Kumar, 2018). Abductive research approach is also used by researcher in the research process. This research approach is used for the situation and research problems that are uncertain and complex to solve. These research problems are complex puzzles that are addressed in the research process. Commonly this approach is used for research problem or special conditions. In this research process, inductive research approach is used to develop understanding of the research problem. This approach can help researcher to develop better conclusion for research topic.

Data Collection
Data collection can be explained as process that is used by researcher to collect information for the information sources. For the data collection process in research work, three data collection processes are used by researchers. Primary data collection, secondary data collection, and mixed data collection approach are used by researcher to collect relevant information from information sources. Primary data collection process and secondary data collection process are most common approaches that are used by researcher in research work. Primary data collection process can be explained as approach in which primary information sources are used to acquire data. In primary data collection process personal interview, questionnaire, indirect personal interview, and surveys are performed by researcher to collect information from primary information sources. Information collected in primary data collection process is specific to the research topic. More relevant and accurate information can be collected for the research process. Additional information related to the research process also can be collected in the primary data collection process. There are some issues are also associated with this data collection approach. Data falsification and influenced information can affect the result of research. Secondary data collection can be explained as process in which secondary information sources are used for the data collection process. In secondary data collection, process information sources like books, journals, articles, and research papers can be used by researcher to collect information related to research problem. There are some challenges with secondary data collection process that can affect the research process. The other data collection approach that is used in research process is mixed data collection approach. In mixed data collection approach, both primary and secondary data collection approaches are uses by the researcher to develop effective result for the research process. This type of approach can improve the effectiveness of data collection process and improve the effectiveness of research process. In this research project, both primary and secondary data collection process will be used to develop understanding of the research topic(Dodds and Hess, 2020). Primary data collection process is effective to get precise and realistic information about research topic and secondary data collection approach is required to develop foundation of the research work. Use of this approach can improve the effectiveness of the research project. In primary research process, 10 pilots and 10 Trainee Pilots are considered in data collection process. For data collection process, personal interview and questionnaire will be used in report.

Sampling
In the research process, sampling is most important task for researchers. Sampling process can be explained as process in which, small group of people are selected from large population to develop perception about research process and develop a general idea about the research problem. In the research work, probability sampling and non-probable sampling. Probability sampling can be explained as sampling process in which probability of getting selected in research process is equal for all. Major sampling processes that are used in probability sampling are- simple random sampling, stratified random sampling, systematic random sampling, multistage random sampling and cluster sampling. All these approaches are used by researcher in probability sampling process. Probability sampling methods is considered as one of the most effective methods of selecting people in research process. Chances of systematic error and biased result is very low with this approach. This is high reliable process to keep research work effective. Accuracy of the sampling process can be improved. The most common approach that is used in the probability sampling is simple random sampling. The other approach which is used for the sampling process is non-probability sampling. In this approach, not all population have equal opportunity to get selected in the research process.Non-probability sampling is cost-effective and time effective approach that can help researcher to complete research within time(Basias and Pollalis, 2018). There are some disadvantages of non-probability sampling that can affect the effectiveness of the research process. Non-probability sampling can increase the chances of failure and error in the data collection process. It also can increase the probability of getting influenced or false data in research. Use of non-probability sampling also reduces the reliability of the research work. Specifically in this research work, probable sampling has been used to select 10-trained pilots and 10 trainee pilots for the data collection process. Selection of these people is performed with help of simple random sampling. In simple sample random sampling process, respondents are selected on random basis from the target population.

Data Analysis
Data analysis process can be considered as one of the most important partsof the research project. In research, project different tools and approaches are used by researcher to analyse the information and data which is collected in the research process. There is two types of approaches are used by researcher in the research process. For numerical data, mathematical tools are used and for qualitative informationn, different theories and concepts are used to analyse the information effectively. For the numerical data tools like MS Excel, SPSS, BIG DATA and other data analytics tools are used by researcher (Mohajan, 2018). For the qualitative data analysis process approaches like thematic data analysis approach is used by researcher to analyse and assess the information that is collected in data collection process. In this research process, qualitative data has been used. To analysis qualitative research data, thematic data analysis approach is used. Thematic data analysis approach can be considered effective approach to analyse theoretical data from wide perspective. Thematic data analysis process is effective to improve the flexibility of the research work. Information collected in data collection process can be analysed on vast level to get better and effective result. In this approach information, better interpretation can be made on basis of information collected in research. This is how effectiveness of the research process can be increased.

Ethical Considerations
This is important to consider ethical points in the research process to maintain reliability and effectiveness of research work.Importance of ethical considerations is most important for the research process. Major ethical considerations that are used in research processes are- Participants that are involved in research process are not subjected to harm. Participants are treated with all dignity and respect in the research process.Respondents that are included in the research process are also provided with consent form which is consists of all information about the research process and purpose of research work. Information protection and privacy considerations also have been considered in research to avoid legal issues in research work(Snyder, H., 2019). Proper confidentiality has been maintained in research work to avoid data leak of customers and keep their identity safe. Information and data that is used in research process are collected from the effective information sources. All the communication approaches that are used in research process are designed to maintain effectiveness of research work and avoid use of improper data in research work. Proper presentation is maintained in research work to deliver all information to the target audience.
All these research methodologies has been considered to develop effective research work. All the methodologies are specifically followed in research process to avoid issues related to the quality of information used in research work.

Data Analysis

Interview Data Analysis

How Coronavirus Pandemic has affected aviation industry?
In the interview process, different responses have been collected from the pilots who are considered in the research process.According to the answers has been received from respondents it can be said that the Coronavirus pandemic is major challenge for the aviation industry. To prevent further outbreak of coronavirus different restrictions has been implemented by different local and regional authority. Complete lockdown is one of the results of the strategies that are implemented by the government to prevent outbreak of the virus. In this lockdown situation, international transportation restrictions were implemented by different countries and no transportation was allowed between different countries around the world. Due to transportation restrictions, this was not possible for any airlines to perform their regular operations. It has affected the aviation industry severely. Because of grounded aeroplanes and other costs were increasing the cost to the airline and they were running under major economic crisis conditions. To prevent financial losses these airlines have fired their pilots and other staffs to reduce cost. Pandemic situation was major setback for the airline industry and this was challenging situation for aviation industry. Most pilots were unemployed because of the coronavirus pandemic. This situation has affected all the people who are connected to the airline industry. Aviation industry is one of industrial sector which is mainly affected by the coronavirus pandemic.

What are major challenges that you have faced in the pandemic situation?
According to the responses that have been collected in the primary data collection process, different pilots have provided different answers for this question. From the all the answers it can be explained that there are range of challenges were faced by pilots in the pandemic situation. Major challenge which was faced by pilots is related to unemployment. Most pilots have lost their jobs in pandemic situation because airlines were not able to pay them. After losing their jobs this was difficult for them to maintain their daily expenses. During pilots have faced major financial crisis. There is no alternate source of money they do have. So, it was difficult for them to perform daily expense of their family. Other than the financial challenges, they also have faced major mental stress during this time. Multiple factors have affected their life and professional career. Pilots who have lost their jobs in the lockdown situation have no any alternate source of income and it has created a difficult situation for them. This situation was leading to major mental stress and trauma. This is most important to consider both financial and mental stress challenges as impact of coronavirus pandemic. Because of the situation, pilots of much airline industry were worried about their career after they were fired from their jobs. These are major challenges that were faced by pilots in the coronavirus pandemic.

How lockdown condition and Coronavirus has affected your professional career?
As per the information collected in the personal interview process, respondents were asked about impact of coronavirus pandemic on their professional career. Because of travel bane, most airline industries have stopped their recruitment and hiring operations. Flying in the pandemic situation was also life threatening for them.
