This report deals with different skills that I need to posses in real life while studying in the university and to achieve desirable goals. I need to go through the critical analysis skills that will encourage me to establish clear knowledge with people. Having this ability will help to remove the conflicts and help people in remove the workplace tensions by using critical thinking techniques. Using this technique will help me to achieve the desired outcomes and limit the amount of effort and time which will be spent on making adjustments and responding to different situations.

Critical Analysis
Critical analysis or critical thinking is often termed as the phase of knowledge where it guides decision-making in the workplace and allows people to recognize barriers and find solutions to potential problems (Monteiro 2020). I have received a knowledge and help regarding brainstorming of new ideas and implementing them in further goals. I noticed that critical thinking has helped in identification and addressing of inefficiency pertaining to workflows and improving management techniques. Employers understand the value of this type of thinking to fill up the open positions. There are benefits of critical thinking which are as follows-
Teamwork encouragement
Critical thinking helps to improve communication and allows people to deal with different techniques to solve problems and share their views regarding evaluation of effectiveness. Critical analysis also helps to look at the issue from different perspectives and evaluate the same properly and seek feedback from others.
Conflict resolving
I can use critical thinking to help with mediating tensions happening in the workplace and identify the situation occurred by acknowledgement of impacts and moving forward with solutions (Monteiro 2020). The nature of analytics will consist of critical thinking which will help me to objectify the interpersonal issues with decision making procedures by personal frustrations. I will have the ability to remove the conflicts and help the people in remove the workplace tensions by using critical thinking techniques.
Time-saving
I will use the critical thinking skills to make choices before acting any actions in long run which will help me in prioritizing tasks and help to make informed decisions (Mahdi 2020). Using this technique will help me to achieve the desired outcomes and limit the amount of effort and time which will be spent on making adjustments and responding to different situations.
Finding the exact cause
In order to continue my journey as a critical thinker, I will have to stick to the point and focus on the pertaining issues followed by finding solutions or answers (Monteiro 2020). I need to observe the steps for developing critical thinking skills and employees who will develop them will reach the early stage of the job in solving these problems.
Remaining critical of data
I will have to check the data and go through its reliability in order to confirm the conclusions which will be evidence based and pertaining to opinions. I will have to perform statistical analysis and check the level of significance level which will validate the sample size.

In order to develop my leadership skills, I will have to keep the following things in mind.
Open communication
If I need to be an efficient leader, then I have to keep my communication open with team members and explain them organizational goals and objectives by using different channels of communication like phone calls, emails and video chats (Mahdi 2020). Efficient leaders always share a clear message and make better ideas to understand every person.
Empathy
Being an efficient leader will not work, with this quality I need to focus on being empathetic and focus on identification and perspective related to other people. Being a leader will help me to understand the feelings of empathy and realize how the employees will feel in the workplace regarding the working environment. This will enable me to implement changes to the workforce.
Creativity
In order to be a creative leader, I will have to brainstorm new techniques and methods followed by providing inspiration to others and make innovation and creativity (Mahdi 2020).The best leaders often bring positivity to work environment, which in turn enhances the employees and provides them encouragement to give better performance and positivity can cultivate diplomacy, care and empathy towards the team.
Communication
It is the foundation source of efficient teamwork and when I am working on any presentation with my batch mates on a specific project, it’s important to be open and honest about my communication and responsibilities (Wahyudiati 2022). Establishing clear communication channels will help to promote trust and make an effective team environment. There might be disagreements and in that case, being respectful will help to establish transparent communication to resolve problems quickly.
Problem-solving
Effective solvers of issues and problems need to think out of the box and when challenges arise, I have to focus on the negative results which will help to reach a good solution. This approach will help me to clear the roadblocks which are affecting the team's success and improve such processes in the near future.
Critical thinking
This technique will help me to make better and informed decisions which will be tempting to follow the group decisions and believe the best actions (Suryanti 2021). It provides different courses of actions which will go through different courses of actions and approaches to achieve desirable results.
Collaboration
Teamwork sometimes be challenging for me, but for a while it may act as a great opportunity to make me a good leader and share ideas regarding perspectives and experiences. If I treat each group as a learning experience, then it will help me to build a more productive and efficient environment.
Communication and verbal skills
Communication skills which I need to posses in order to be transparent to my colleagues are as follows-
Oral communication
In this I need to speak clearly and concisely without any misunderstanding which is very much essential even if the job is not regarding speaking (Polat 2020). Possessing oral communication skills will help to establish a good rapport with the customers and provide efficient service.
Written communication
Possessing this skill is very much important as there are very few jobs which do not require single writing but in maximum corporate cases, I need to write mail, draft reports and communicate with customers via email.
Presentation
I need to be confident enough with my presentation skills as they will present my ideas and intentions in the organization whenever I go for any interview (Sousa 2019). As like others, it is another skill which is to be embedded in my resume, whatever my field of work may be.
Active listening
Active listening will enable me to focus on attention to the speakers by engaging with them while getting the essence of communication (Zeike et al. 2019). It will involve in removing all distractions and disturbances by clarifying the questions which will embrace them being acknowledged.
Nonverbal communication
Communication consists of not speaking but also different body gestures and other facial expressions, which will facilitate me in building trust among the coworkers more than verbal communication (Campos 2020). It will enable me to look beyond what a person is trying to say and make them mean and feel right.
Feedback
Feedback will provide me with acceptance and make it go hand in hand with other components of communication like active listening and open mindedness. Feedback encouragement in true sense is not possible with understanding of the matters the speaker says and also their opinions are to be respected and valued.
Respect
It is one of the fundamental matters of communication which brings along the job interviews and involves active listening with patience when considered for any kind of job (Haage 2021). Being respectful in the matter of allowance for others' opinions will help to inculcate good values to the communication.
Strategies for becoming a more effective student
Different types of strategies are available can be helpful to become a more valuable and effective student. Setting SMART goals can be considered one of the best steps to becoming a more effective student. Time management is one other skill that needs to be honed for becoming a more suitable and effective student at University. Besides that, taking part in university activities is one of those steps that need to be performed for students that be more effective.
Conclusion
This report concludes that possessing all of the above skills will help to inculcate new values and ideas in my life that will help me to establish my career skills. Possessing oral communication skills will help to establish a good rapport with the customers and provide efficient service.
