In order to get great knowledge from the employers, idea sharing processes need to be considered for enhancing the potential (Montani and Staglianò, 2021). It has also a few relations with the modern technologies that are used for acquiring knowledge. The study also relates to the digitalization of online job investigation software and websites.

The report gives better ideas for the situations of people belonging to several sectors such as small businessmen, traders, daily wage laborers as well as the education sector (Enterpriseresearch.ac.uk, 2020). The major weakness of the report is that it does not talk about the steps that are required to overcome the situation in the current time (Enterpriseresearch.ac.uk, 2020). Finally, the report concluded that the effects on different sectors during the lockdown and gives an idea about the weakness of the countries in various fields such as in health, education and administration before and after the COVID period. Contrastingly, the report reflected that SMEs should use digital technologies and social media based strategies for further expansion and sustainability (Enterpriseresearch.ac.uk, 2020). However, the report has not revealed the role of government for managing the pandemic-affected conomic situation in UK, which can be considered as a major weekness of the report.

A3: YouTube

Wehler, M., 2020. How to write on Annotated Bibliography. Available at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rUax6rIiwgA [accessed on 16/12/2021]

Concerned YouTube video has demonstrated the detailed concept of annotated bibliography and its purpose of use. It indicated that professors of supervisors ask students to make the annotated bibliography for understanding their critical analysis and research skills. It has two parts. First, one has to make the citation based on the referencing style, like MLA, APA and others. Secondly, the person has to make an annotation on the cited article by summarising the ideas, by understanding the strengths and weakneses of the article based on the course module studied. All these details were available in the video. However, it was not demonstrated whether in which process, a person can prepare the annotated bibliography in his/her research process. It has not represented the annotated sessions for beginners. Thus, it was a major gap of the video. The demonstrator of the video was a professor from a university, which indicated that the information available in the video are quite reliable and relevant. Overall, the video is useful to understand what is the contribution of annotated bibkiography in research and to what extent it can shape the future of research skills of a student. Thus, from research skills and critical analysis perspectives, the video is relevant and the information are quite reliable.

A4: Journal

Taylor, C.R., 2020. The urgent need for more research on influencer marketing. International Journal of Advertising, 39(7), pp.889-891. Available at: https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/pdf/10.1080/02650487.2020.1822104 [accessed on 16/12/2021]

The editorial article deals with the crucial needs of the researchers to address the needs for influencer marketing in social media based advertising campaigns. In the Post COVID period, after lockdown the global markets opened in all locations. However, the people remained to stay at home and they have doing shopping online (Taylor, 2020). Therefore, businesses have opened their doors for customers, to improve their marketing and advertising activities. The editorial article has included statistical data for developing the claim, which is the main strength of the article. However, it was unable to include the company-based financials and strategic investment reports for addressing the scenario. Thus, here it has become a major loophole. The article concludes that during the COVID time a lot of people were fired from their jobs or the largest ratio of people lost their jobs. However, after a COVID period, the marketing field urgently needs a researcher for analysis of the market. After the COVID period, the markets slowed down and the customers did not use extra products that may create a negative impact in the market as well as in the business (Taylor, 2020). In this period, marketing via celebrities and social media influencers can benefit the companies to attract more people towards the brands.

A5: Report

Fernandes, N., 2020. Economic effects of coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) on the world economy. Available at SSRN 3557504. Available at: https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=3557504 [accessed on 16/12/2021]

According to the report, it gives an idea of the effects that are caused by "COVID-19" in the Economy of the world. During the time of a COVID lot of people lost their jobs that affected the economy of many countries as well as the globalization process (Fernandes, 2020). After the COVID, a lot of countries are not able to provide jobs to the citizens as well as GDP growth stopped during the period of a pandemic. Thus, the study concludes that the pandemic changes the economy of a large number of companies because the citizens lose their jobs resulting in a decline in the per-capita income of that particular country.

The report provided an idea about the economic situation of different countries during the pandemic and recognized the major steps to enhance the situation of the economy (Fernandes, 2020). It also included their market conditions, economy indicators and GDP for demonstrating the overall concept of the situation. Thus, at this point, the report was relevant and it was the major strength of the report. Finally, it was clear from the report that all the sectors of all the countries were significantly affected with the pandemic effect. Since the global economy is integrated and the countries have established cross-border supply chains, a major destruction in the sectors are evident. However, by using the contingency plans of country governments, businesses can get a significant relief from the evil effect.
