This theory impacts the working of healthcare practitioners by nurturing the relationships and colalboration with the people of community to provide care for enhancing their health and well-being. This management theory directly impacts the delivery of aligned care by increase satisfaction of people and increase operational efficiency. The key aim of human factors are to understand the fit between the healthcare professional and their equipments in the surrounding atmosphere which includes leadership, organizational culture, effective communication etc.

With the help of emerging technologies, practitioners are providing the high quality of care to the people of community (Jiménez-Picón et al, 2021).
From the research it has been also found that, NHS makes changes of technology and digital health as well as nursing workforce planning and recruitment which supports the healthcare providers to provide high quality of care to the people of community. On the other hand, while providing care to the community, organizations and legal authorities are facing the issue of budget due to limited funding sources and rising costs. Apart from this, while providing community care, healthcare providers are facing challenges of poor design of processes and systems, rapidly growing of technologies, lack of budget etc (Renjith et al, 2021). But, rapidly growing of technologies empowers healthcare organizations to invest in machineries to provide better community care which positively influence on their health and well-being.

For providing better care and services to the community, NHS make various changes in its long term plan such as professional development and education, nursing workforce planning and recruitment, integrated care and collaborative practice as well as technology and digital health.
